Loyalty that lives in the phone

Your customers
come back.

Their loyalty card lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Nothing for them to install, nothing for you to manage: we set everything up, you scan.

Book a demo 15 minutes, no commitment
No appThe customer scans a QR code at the counter. Their card is there, in thirty seconds.
Apple and Google WalletThe card sits with their train tickets and bank card. They don't lose it.
We set everything upCard, QR code, programme, training. You are ready in 48 hours.
How it works

Four moves, and it runs.

1

The customer scans

A QR code on the counter. Their first name, their phone number, that's it. Nothing to download.

2

The card installs itself

In Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, in your colours, with your logo and your photo.

3

You scan at the till

Two seconds per visit. The stamp or the cashback updates in their phone.

4

They come back

A notification goes out when they drift from their habit, or for their birthday.

What you get

These are your screens. Not an illustration.

These are screenshots of the product, as they are. The business shown is an example.

The till

Two seconds per customer.

The customer holds out their phone, you scan, it's done. Nine stamps out of ten: the screen already tells you the next coffee is free, nothing to work out.

Your team only has access to this screen: not your revenue, not your customer list.

Two seconds per customer.
Bring them back

The customer drifting away, before they're gone.

Fidelio learns each customer's rhythm. Camille came every 9 days; she hasn't been in for 52. You nudge her with one button — or let Fidelio do it.

Each line shows what that customer used to spend per month. You know what you're winning back.

Your revenue

What loyalty brings in, in euros.

Revenue, visits, average spend, new customers — compared with the previous period. Plus your most profitable days and your best customers.

No spreadsheet to keep: the figures come from the visits you scan.

Your home screen

What happened while you were serving.

Today's visits compared with last Wednesday at the same hour, and the feed of what Fidelio did on its own: birthdays celebrated, customers nudged, rewards expired.

The rest of the time, you don't have to open it.

What happened while you were serving.
After the demo

You install nothing. We set it all up.

You run your business, we handle the rest.

Day 1

We design your card

Your logo, your colours, your photo, the number of stamps or the cashback percentage. You approve a preview, not a quote.

Day 2

Your QR arrives printed

Ready to stand on the counter. Your access is created, your programme is set, the till runs on the phone or tablet you already have.

Day 2

Twenty minutes with the team

We show the move to whoever serves: scan, confirm, hand over the reward. There is nothing else to learn.

Between the demo and your first signed-up customer: 48 hours.

What it replaces

The cardboard card had its reasons. And its limits.

What's holding you back

The three objections we hear most.

“My customers are older.”

The wallet is already on their phone: they use it for train tickets. And those without a smartphone keep their customer number — the team types it in at the till.

“My team will get muddled.”

They get one screen, three buttons and a four-digit code. They cannot break anything: not your settings, not your figures, not the customer list.

“And if I stop?”

You leave with your data: your customer list exports in one click, whenever you want. No minimum term.

Your programme

Stamps, or cashback.

We talk it through at the demo and set it all up for you. You can switch later.

Stamps

Ten visits, the eleventh is free. The gesture your customers already know, without the cardboard card left in a pocket.

Coffee shops, bakeries, salons, lunch spots.

Cashback

A percentage of every bill comes back to the customer, to deduct whenever they like. Fairer when spend varies a lot.

Evening restaurants, grocers, wine shops, institutes.
Questions

What we get asked most.

A question that isn't here? Write to us, we answer the same day.

Do my customers have to install an app?

No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on their phone. One scan at the counter and it's done.

What if a customer has no smartphone?

They keep a customer number. Your team types it in at the till and the visit counts like any other.

How long does it take at the till?

Two seconds: the customer holds out their phone, you scan. At rush hour, nobody waits behind.

Can my team see my figures?

No. A four-digit code opens the till, and only the till: no revenue, no customer list, no settings.

What happens to my customers' data?

They stay yours. A first name, a phone number, the visits — nothing more. Nothing is resold, and the export takes one click if you leave.

How much does it cost?

The programme is built to fit your business, so the price depends on what goes into it. We tell you during the fifteen-minute demo, straight out.
