Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 2026This document sets the conditions of use of Fidelio for the merchants who subscribe to it. It addresses the business, not its customers: they are covered by the privacy policy.
What the service does
Fidelio is online software that lets a business run a loyalty programme: digital cards compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, recording of visits at the counter, notifications on the customer's card, and statistics on its activity.
Subscription and billing
- No minimum term — the subscription is monthly.
- Cancellation at any time, by written request to fidelio.carte@gmail.com. It takes effect at the end of the current cycle; the month already started remains due.
- One-off set-up fee, billed on subscription: account creation, colour settings, building the Apple and Google card, and the initial QR code. This fee is non-refundable.
Your data belongs to you
Under the GDPR, the business is the data controller and Fidelio acts as a processor on its behalf.
- The customer base built through Fidelio belongs to the business, exclusively.
- Fidelio undertakes not to resell, rent or exploit this data for itself or for third parties.
- Data is hosted on secure servers and encrypted according to industry standards.
- From their space, the business can at any time export its entire base, or permanently delete the record of a customer who asks for it.
What Fidelio undertakes
We use all reasonable means to keep the service available. We cannot, however, be held liable for interruptions due to maintenance, a third-party outage, or a change of rules imposed by Apple or Google on their wallets.
Intellectual property
The interface, the code, the automated processing and Fidelio's visual identity remain the property of its creators. The business obtains a right of use, revocable and non-transferable, for the duration of its subscription.
